On average, we spend 52% of our day using software — in your car, at work, the gym, at home, the doctors office.

Everywhere.

Let’s make sure that’s time well spent.

Here’s what I’ve been up to
Hey, I am Ty, a lead product designer at Deepwatch—a cyber security MSSP.
I spend my time designing software that makes sense of terabytes of data and helps scale teams. From financial tools for one of the world’s largest asset managers, to cyber security platforms—the tools I’ve built have been used by MLB, John Deere and WWE. These tools have also saved companies millions of dollars.

I love focusing on the intersection of design and product strategy. I have a masters in interaction design from CU boulder. I believe good leaders, do.

Privacy is an asset that is currently being incorrectly priced by many and will soon be unattainable by most. I care deeply about data privacy and transparency.

Photography was a huge part of my life—I spent years working as a commercial photographer. Great photography, like great design, makes you feel something. You can see my commercial work here.
